Our team has compiled some important information for our new residents to utilize while getting settled into the community. 

Amenity Access:

It is the responsibility of all new owners to order or activate their RAD. Information about ordering along with the forms is posted here: https://www.kithmanagement.com/remote-access-devices 

Please keep in mind all new owners will be asked to submit a photo of their closing docs to prove ownership.
