What is a Remote Access Device? (RAD)
 A remote access device is a device that is utilized to grant residents of the community access to the amenities on site. 
 
What are the applicable fees? 
$10 PER DEVICE 
A MAXIMUM OF TWO DEVICES MAY BE ACTIVE AT ONE TIME PER PROPERTY. 
 
How do I pay for my device? 
Once your RAD request has been processed, the charge will be added to your HOA account and MUST be paid within 30 days. You can pay this at any time by visiting: https://www.kithmanagement.com/payment


How do I order my RAD?
Residents may request a fob (RAD) via the online form, there are various types of RAD forms, so please be sure you review each type before submitting. Prior to submitting your request please confirm that you have read the pool rules and have confirmed that your HOA account balance is up to date.

Tracking information is not provided, all devices are mailed via USPS therefore shipping time frames may fluctuate.
